In response to the government guidance relating to coronavirus (COVID-19), Angel Advance is adapting it’s operation so it can continue offering as full a service as possible, whilst minimising the risk of spreading the virus.

During this difficult period, we will all be working remotely so our telephone service will reduce however, we will be operating enhanced digital services, so you can still contact us by email at, or you can visit our website and speak to an agent using Webchat. You can also view your account, make payments and send us messages using your online account. If you are looking for debt advice, you can access this here using our online debt advice tool.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to post out any monthly statements because we don’t have people in our office right now but, if we have an email address for you, we’ll send your statement by email. If you haven’t provided us with an email address, you can do so by emailing us at (if you provide an email address this will also enable you to register to manage your account online). If you don’t have an email address, we’ll hold onto your statements until we’re back in our office, then post them to you.

Payment distributions to your creditors will continue as usual – unless your creditor only accepts cheque payments, in which case we’ll notify them that we’re holding onto your payments and will send them on as soon as we’re back in the office - and you should continue to make your normal plan payments.
